Conference Hall

Pine Bay Holiday Resort is well equipped for conference and meetings. Business and pleasure can mix very well at the Pine Bay Holiday Resort. Our Conference hall has maximum capacity for 1200 people. It can also be portioned into smaller spaces to accommodate 200, 250 or 255 people upon to request. Each hall can be successfully used for congress, seminar or stage performance purposes. The hall has a generous foyer area and five large main entrance & exit doors to provide comfortable entry and exit. The hall’s walls are covered with a special sound proof material which has ideal acoustics properties and prevents sound entering or escaping from the hall. The entire hall is equipped with the latest audio visual technology having four simultaneous translation cubicles, thereby ensuring superb quality communication throughout the hall. This excellent lighting and audio visual system can be arranged according to your particular aims and needs. The seating plan of the conference hall can easily be arranged to facilitate easy viewing of the stage.

Royal Hall Seating Plans in our Royal Hall, our professional staff will be pleased to treat you at your Gatherings, Conventions, Symposiums, Conferences as well as stage performances and gala dinners. The Royal Hall is a separate bulding from the Pine Bay Complex and it is intrnally connected to the hotel. If you prefer, there is another entrance from the autopark as well. Our Royal Hall has a maxsimum capasity of 700 people. It can also be arranged in 3 different styles to suit your needs.
